1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a betjl account, accessing the betjl website, or using any betjl service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with betjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betjl platform and close your account.

betjl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the betjl platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the betjl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of betjl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betjl platform for any reason.

betjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your betjl account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) betjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a betjl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your betjl Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify betjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your betjl account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your betjl account, whether or not authorized by you.

betjl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from betjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to betjl support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

betjl supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• All funds deposited into your betjl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• betjl reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method selected.
• betjl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your betjl account dashboard.

betjl is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such fees, if any, are solely your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible betjl account holders only. betjl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games available on the betjl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• betjl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers at real tables and are subject to the rules of the respective game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, betjl's system logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. betjl's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
• betjl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonus funds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one betjl account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the betjl platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in betjl games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use betjl for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing betjl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betjl staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betjl platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the betjl brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of betjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betjl platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of betjl content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betjl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if betjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betjl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betjl is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination and Account Closure

betjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your betjl account at any time, with or without notice, if betjl reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, betjl may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

You may close your betjl account at any time by contacting betjl customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betjl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

betjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
